Arc Hotel Tirana - Yzberish

The unique décor and ambiance of the hotel really added to the experience, making my stay feel special.

Unfortunately, there were drainage issues in the bathroom that caused unpleasant odors seeping into the room, which definitely needs attention.

The hotel was in a BRILLIANT location very close to taxi, retails stores and around 40 minutes walk to Center of Tirana. I had coffee at Dorado Coffee-Bar, located within 20 minutes walk. There were comfortable beds and a work desk, a flat-screen television, and a sitting area in the double room.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mr Mehmet! 👍 The location is a bit tricky, and the WiFi could be better, but overall, it was a comfy stay.

Good stay, as always. Fairly clean, excellant hotel with modern decor; the location is marvellous near the center. The staff - amazingly nice and amicable. Free parking on-site provided.

Units with balcony...

Cleanliness impressed me right from the start. The room felt spacious and well-maintained. Staff interactions were pleasant. They efficiently processed my check-in and assisted with local recommendations. Breakfast options were satisfying, especially the fried eggs. Navigating to the hotel proved to be a challenge with some narrow streets around. The parking situation was tight. The inconsistent Wi-Fi connection was frustrating , interrupting a few tasks I needed to complete.

The staff were decent enough, although I was definitely expecting them to roll out the red carpet for me, not just a mere smile. The wi-fi was atrocious, and I never saw a hairdryer leave the reception. How hard can it be for a hotel to have basic amenities? Almost gave this a good review, but just couldn't.

My stay was pleasant with a clean room and a friendly check-in experience while being just a short walk from the enchanting national gallery of art and the beautiful park for leisurely strolls, making it a perfect adventure base in the city.

The staff here provided a warm welcome and took care of all our requests, and the triple room was stylishly designed with air conditioning and a balcony.
